The Enmore Theatre is a theatre and entertainment venue in Sydney, since opening in 1908 it is the longest running live music venue still operational in New South Wales. It is located on Enmore Road in the suburb of Enmore, south-west of the adjoining suburb, Newtown and is a medium-sized venue. The Enmore Theatre's distinctive (pre) art deco style has led to it being listed in the Historic Buildings Register of the Australian Institute of Architects, and the theatre′s listing in the Office of Environment and Heritage states that the building "illustrates the development of suburban theatres in the late 1930s and early 1940s and is of social significance for the local community.
